Someone should give Westbrook or LT an offer
LT is a baller, so is Westbrook.
Westbrook is 31, had a couple of concussions last year but he’s fine if he says he wants to play.
LT is 30, they both have years left.
It’s amazing that noone has snapped them up yet, or made them an offer.
Be great to see the SEAHAWKS grab one them it would be a major swag boost. I see you Pete Carroll, Leiweike, good looking out Paul.
More to come on this subject. Be well, thanks I’m out.

These guys take it to the house!!! 40, 50, 60 yards. Go Hawks!!

IPhone app saves man buried under rubble in Haiti [Video]
Great story!! Watch the video
Alone in the darkness beneath layers of rubble, Dan Woolley felt blood streaming from his head and leg.
Then he remembered — he had an app for that.
Woolley, an aid worker, husband, and father of two boys, followed instructions on his cell phone to survive the January 12 earthquake in Haiti.
“I had an app that had pre-downloaded all this information about treating wounds. So I looked up excessive bleeding and I looked up compound fracture,” Woolley told CNN.
The application on his iPhone is filled with information about first aid and CPR from the American Heart Association. “So I knew I wasn’t making mistakes,” Woolley said. “That gave me confidence to treat my wounds properly.”
Trapped in the ruins of the Hotel Montana in Port-au-Prince, he used his shirt to bandage his leg, and tied his belt around the wound. To stop the bleeding on his head, he firmly pressed a sock to it.
Concerned he might have been experiencing shock, Woolley used the app to look up what to do. It warned him not to sleep. So he set his phone alarm to go off every 20 minutes.
Once the battery got down to less than 20 percent of its power, Woolley turned it off. By then, he says, he had trained his body not to sleep for long periods, drifting off only to wake up within minutes.
Woolley’s job keeps him tech savvy. He oversees interactive projects for the Christian child advocacy organization Compassion International in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Amazed more people don’t know about Dexter
Do you know Dexter? The “Dark Defender”, the “Bay Harbor Butcher”? Possibly one of the best television shows of all-time Dexter is still pretty unknown. Big man, makes big statements you say? I am a huge fan of ‘The Sopranos’ and of course, ‘The Wire’ which also top my list of favorites, and it cannot be official about Dexter receiving the crown….yet. Season 4 has just completed with a MAJOR cliff hanger and an uncanny feature performance by John Lithgow, but there is more to come before it can be said Dexter is #1. Or maybe you are not in the show’s demographic? Allow me to tell you alittle bit about it.
In short, Dexter is an introvert, working for Miami Metro in the homicide division. His childhood was taken from him when he was 3, his mother was murdered for being an informant in a drug ring and Dexter was adopted by the cop who his Mom was giving information to, Harry. Now Harry raised Dexter well, but in the process created a vigilante side of him that moonlights as a smooth, cold blooded, serial killer of people who have slipped thru the cracks of the system.
Whew that was a crash coarse, do you follow me?
When the season 1 begins Dexter is in his mid thirties with a girlfriend Rita, and a priest on his ‘table’ who kills kids, but no one knows about it, except Dexter. See Dex has a code, and rules he follows to decide if a person should get it, and how to avoid getting caught. Dexter is played by Michael Hall, and his sister in the show Deb (White Chicks) is his wife in real life (below). Crazy! She plays a police officer on the force, and Dexter is a forensic specialist.
Ok so you know about the plot of the show. And I’m not going to bogg you down with details. If you’re interested you just have to watch an episode or 12. Understand you will be highly entertained by the script as well as the twists and turns as Dexter continues to off criminals and go to work as a chill, nerdy forensic analyst. The acting will also impress you, because all of the characters are ON POINT. I have seen quite a few of them pop up on other shows recently.
Alright, so hope now one more person knows about Dexter. I’m a tough critic believe me. No way I’d take the time to write this if the show was wack. Netflix, blockbuster, or however you get your DVDs check out Dexter. Season 5 begins in September on Showtime. Have fun, and be well.

Pants on the ground American Idol phenomenon
There is so many of these dumb videos that make us laugh. That is the point of American Idol right?
Judges Randy Jackson, Mary J Blige and EVEN Simon Cowell had to get down to…Pants on the ground.
Gotta just enjoy creativity in the world, and find some things that can make us enjoy human life. But c’mon man is this some kind of joke? Had to give the guy a shot, and he delivered, pants on the ground, pants on the ground!! If the concept is about guys sagging their pants to far then that is great.
Conan, the Barbarian of hosting likely to receive $40M
He’s the best, plain and simple! And NBC is trying to hate on his game. Let the man get loose! After signing him to take Leno’s spot NBC wanted to push his spot 30 mins later, Conan’s not having that. Today there is a word of a buyout costing $40M.
CNN says,
”
Under the potential deal, Jay Leno would be reinstated as host of “The Tonight Show,” a post he held for 17 years, the Journal reported.
The scheduling changes stemmed from NBC’s abrupt decision earlier this month to cancel “The Jay Leno Show,” which aired at 10 p.m. ET. The show had received lukewarm ratings, and NBC said it would go off the air Feb. 12, when the 2010 Winter Olympics begin.
O’Brien rejected the change and said in a Jan. 12 letter addressed to “People of Earth” that moving the show back would “seriously damage what I consider to be the greatest franchise in the history of broadcasting.”
At that point, NBC switched from trying to mollify O’Brien to seeking the most expeditious way to push him out, the Journal said.
O’Brien, who moved his family and staff to Los Angeles as part of his short tenure at “The Tonight Show,” is reportedly feeling burned by NBC.
“Conan would be happier somewhere else,” a source familiar with the matter told the New York Post”
Well Conan, looking forward to seeing you do you. Be well.

Haiti earthquake relief receiving $1.25M from Microsoft
Microsoft said it will donate $1.25 million, a combination of cash and in-kind donations, to Haiti earthquake relief. The company is channeling its support to NetHope, a nonprofit that connects major humanitarian groups to technology companies.
The in-kind part of the donation includes encouraging employees to make donations to relief organizations and matching annual donations up to $12,000 per worker and reaching out to local government and non-government agencies to offer help. The company detailed its work in a blog post here.
